Benny's Sandwich Bar featuring Just Mayo by Hampton Creek

Benny loves sandwiches! I usually try to buy wholesome ingredients that can make up a pretty healthy sandwich for my little boy. He's usually good about eating spinach and tomato. He definitely loves turkey, cheese and bread...and now that I encountered a magnificent mayonnaise, I think we've reached sandwich heaven!
Recently, the folks at Hampton Creek reached out to me and asked if I would try their products for a possible review. I received a sampler of their different mayos as well as some cookie dough and after trying their stuff, I was so impressed there was no doubt I would write about them.
For Benny's sandwich, I spread Just Mayo on the whole grain bread slices and simply let him explore his inner deli chef...lol
The mayonnaise itself is creamy and light. It has a simple yet delicious taste to it that makes it appropriate for any recipe. There is also a garlic, a sriracha and a chipotle variety (which I will share with you next week). But the thing that makes this product even better is that it's non-GMO, it's made with only about seven ingredients that are all natural, healthy and without preservatives and...it's not expensive!
Not to mention, the company is based in California (big smile).

For now, here's my little hungry boy enjoying lunchtime at home. If you've got little ones, setting up a sandwich bar is a good way to engage them in talks about healthy eating and nutritional ingredients!

A Benny le encantan los sándwiches!  Yo por lo general trato de comprar ingredientes saludables para hacer un sándwich nutritivo para mi hijo. Por lo general disfruta de las espinacas y el tomate. Definitivamente le encanta el pavo, el queso y el pan... y ahora que me encontré con una magnífica mayonesa, creo que hemos descubierto el sándwich perfecto.
Recientemente  la gente de Hampton Creek me preguntó que si me gustaría probar sus productos para una posible reseña en mi blog. Recibí un muestrario de sus diferentes mayonesas, así como masa para galletas y después de probar los productos,  me quedé tan impresionada que no había duda de que escribiría sobre ellos.
Para el sándwich de Benny, le puse Just Mayo en todo las rebanadas de pan integral y simplemente dejé que explorara sus habilidades de chef de delicatesen (risas).
La mayonesa en sí es cremosa pero ligera. Tiene un sabor sencillo y delicioso, lo cual la hace apropiada para cualquier receta. También hay Just Mayo con sabor a ajo, salsa sriracha y chipotle (que voy a compartir con ustedes la próxima semana). Pero lo que hace este producto aún mejor es que no tiene preservativos ni ingredientes hechos con químicos dañinos. De hecho, solo lleva siete ingredientes que son todos naturales y saludables. Además, el producto no es nada caro!
Debo mencionar que la compañía Hampton Creek tiene su sede en California (gran sonrisa) .
