Disney California Adventure for Mommies {Mickey Monday} bilingual

On our second mommy date to Disneyland, mommy decided to spend the day at Disney's California Adventure (DCA) instead.
Benjamin is still trying to comprehend what this most amusing place with sights and characters, lights and music is all about...
All he knows is that mommy pushes him on his stroller and occasionally lets him have a little bit of freedom to walk and roam around and he enjoys every minute of it!
Disney's California Adventure is a park located adjacent to the original theme park. It opened in 2001 to pretty bad reviews. But the Walt Disney Company continued adding attractions and restaurants and it's truly a great place to visit these days!
It's perfect for adults because it offers great drink and dining options (there's a winery, a great restaurant and several bars throughout the park). There's also good shopping options and plenty of shows and rides to get on, both for toddlers and teens/adults.
On this Disney date with my son, I figured we would stay at DCA pretty late so I walked over to the Mad Hatter area and ordered myself an adult beverage called the "Mad Long Island Iced T Party"... It was refreshing and not too stiff. Alcoholic beverages range in price between $7.50 and $11.50.
So I enjoyed the Pixar Parade, walked around, hung out and had dinner with my little boy before returning home for the night.
Before the parade, Benny had a blast walking near the Hyperion Theater where the Aladdin show takes place daily (incredible show, by the way). He felt so happy walking on his own and being independent. Once the parade got started-- Benny was in total awe.
Tickets for DCA are the same price as Disneyland admission tickets- $86 for children ages 3 - 9 and; $92 for 10 & up.
