I found a quaint restaurant and bakery named “Kneaders” across the street from my hotel.
The best way to describe Kneaders— just think Panera Bread with a little more of a quaint, artisan feel and the most incredible bread aromas.
Kneaders has four locations in Arizona and can only be found in three other states: Colorado, Idaho and Utah.
It offers a breakfast and lunch menu. I wish I could’ve had breakfast there too.
My lunch consisted of a soup and sandwich.
The soup was artichoke & mushroom and the sandwich was chicken pesto on French country bread. Oh yeah, and for dessert I had a heart-shaped, pink glazed sugar cookie. Everything was delicious.

Un viaje reciente a Yuma, Arizona resultó ser bastante agradable, especialmente al tiempo de los alimentos.
Me encontré un pintoresco restaurante con panadería llamado "Kneaders" (significa amasadores, así como de amasar antes de hornear el pan) a cruzar la calle de mi hotel.
La mejor manera de describir el restaurante seria decirles que es muy parecido al restaurante Panera Bread pero más íntimo, un poco más artesanal y más aromatico.
Kneaders tiene cuatro locales en Arizona así como en otros tres estados: Colorado, Idaho y Utah.
Ofrece un menú de desayuno y almuerzo. Me hubiese gustado probar el desayuno también pero en esta ocasión no se pudo.
Mi comida consistió en una sopa y un sándwich. La sopa era de alcachofa y champinones el sándwich de pollo con salsa pesto en pan estilo francés. De postre pedí una galleta de azúcar glaseado de color rosa en forma de un corazón. Todo estuvo delicioso.
